We are looking for a talented account Customer Services Champion to maintain our key accounts, onboard new ones, and manage the day to day activity's ensuring service is delivered to the highest standard, and that all queries and requests are dealt with. working closely with the support team to highlight issues and over see service delivery.

have experience of working in line with ITIL, ISO 9001 & 27001.

We are looking for a great 2nd line technician to support the first line team and provide amazing support to our clients, working with a variety of technologies and across the whole IT and Telecoms spectrum. We anticipate this role will be a stepping stone to greater positions within the business.
We need you to have:-
experience with windows 7/8/10
Understanding of active directory
working to ITIL practices
Office 365 experience
great at communicating
at least 3 years IT Experience
