The Network

Connectivity

The Data Centres have resilient connectivity and the providers of this connectivity are different at both DC’s ensuring that if there were to be a network attack on provider A we can handover to Provider B whilst this is being resolved. The Enable PBX platform takes its roots from an open source platform, delivering a tenanted hosted PBX solution, our team have developed this system out to provide resilience, services and features in line with customers’ requirements and full integration into Lync 2013. There are multiple pools of resource which in its self is fully redundant resilient, however there is also a replicated version of each pool housed in the Bristol DC, this enables fail over between DC’s in the event of poor connectivity issues or a DC outage.

Exchange 2013 Platform

Fully hosted Exchange 2013 platform is deployed at the data centre in line with Microsoft’s recommended build, this in its self is fully redundant resilient and all date is stored on resilient infrastructure, this is also mirrored with Bristol ensuring always available backed up and secure email service all based in the UK. All inbound and outbound mail services are protected and managed by Symantec Email protection to ensure users are protected from Spam and Viruses.
